Terms of Service

Welcome to PW Atlantis. By creating an account, logging in, donating, using the website, or using any game-related service connected to PW Atlantis, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not register, log in, make a payment, or use any service provided by PW Atlantis.

Account Rules

• You are responsible for keeping your username, password, PIN, email, and phone number secure.
• You may not sell, share, transfer, or lend your account unless PW Atlantis explicitly allows it in writing.
• You are responsible for every activity made through your account.
• PW Atlantis will never ask for your password, PIN, or one-time verification code outside the official website flow.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used for abuse, fraud, cheating, payment manipulation, or violations of these terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, macros, exploits, packet manipulation, unauthorized third-party tools, or automated systems.
• Attack, disrupt, scan, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass any website, launcher, API, game server, or payment system.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, discriminate, or publish offensive content against other players or staff.
• Upload or share illegal, harmful, misleading, pornographic, hateful, or copyrighted content without permission.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, referrals, promotions, voting, events, or payment systems.

Game Service

PW Atlantis is provided as an online game community service. Server features, rates, events, items, rankings, characters, balances, and rewards may change for balancing, maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We may remove, adjust, rollback, or correct game data when required to handle bugs, abuse, fraud, exploits, technical failures, or database issues.

Donations, Top Ups, and Payments

Payments or donations made through PW Atlantis support server operation and may provide virtual currency, items, access, or other in-game benefits.

• You must enter correct account, character, server, and payment information.
• Payments must match the amount shown on the checkout page.
• Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, review process, or fraud checks.
• Failed, pending, reversed, fraudulent, or disputed payments may result in delayed delivery, balance removal, account restriction, or account suspension.
• Transactions made outside official PW Atlantis payment channels are your own responsibility.

Refunds

Digital items, virtual currency, rewards, and completed game services are generally non-refundable after they are delivered or consumed.

Refunds may be reviewed only when there is a confirmed duplicate payment, system error, failed delivery, or other issue verified by PW Atlantis staff. Payment gateway fees, bank fees, promo amounts, and consumed benefits may be excluded from any refund.

All website content, logos, branding, design, custom scripts, documentation, and service materials belong to PW Atlantis or their respective owners.

Perfect World and related trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. PW Atlantis is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by those rights holders unless stated otherwise.
